New Avengers #4 Review by Randy Young Hickman is flexing his creative muscles in his Avengers books. One of Hickman’s strengths is the ability to tell multiple stories, incorporating wild technology and concepts that the normal person has a very difficult time wrapping their brain around (just look at Spencer try to do this in Secret Avengers and fail). The New Avengers/Illuminati are in a time crunch. They only have a certain amount of time to try to figure out a way to keep two universes from colliding with each other, killing billions. There is no Infinity Gauntlet to help.
