Thanks for pressing play!

It’s another fantastic week of comics as we to dive into tons of great stuff from several different companies. This week is a very diverse week, with brand-new series starting from several different companies and there is something for everyone in this lineup.

Fan favorite Heroes for Hire team Power Man and Iron Fist get their new series starting this week. If you’ve been missing the Heroes for Hire, do not miss out on this new chapter in their adventures together.

Bill and Ted have been to a lot of places but this week in their new series, Bill and Ted Go To Hell, they see if they can help their friend Death escape from there. All of you Bill and Ted fans out there, do not miss this new series.

Lara Croft is back in her own Tomb Raider series this week and also don’t forget Grumpy Cat and Pokey get a brand-new series as well. Grumpy Cat is now accompanied by a very polar-opposite friend, Pokey, who wants to have fun, who sees the best in everything and, hopefully, keeps Grumpy Cat from doing stupid things as well.

Last up, Snowfall from Image Comics is one that we’re really looking forward to, as it takes a look at a very different future in which the weather of the world is messed up and there’s an evil corporation controlling everything but now a hero, an outlaw, has risen up with the ability to use weather as a weapon. Do not miss this brand-new series coming from Image Comics.

For everything that we’ve told you about what is going to happen with Marvel Comics in the next few months, this week a pivotal issue ships that you will want to pick up. Avengers Standoff: Welcome to Pleasant Hill is the prelude issue to the big event for Marvel Comics later this year, Civil War II. This is where it all begins with cataclysmic changes coming to the Marvel Universe starting with this issue.

Several of our favorites are hitting the shelf this week as well, comics like Starve, Star Wars, Archie, Huck, Birthright and Squadron Supreme will be at the top of our stacks to read. We can’t wait to get our hands on them.

This week we do have two Questions of the Week for you and we are talking Deadpool and Batman. Be ready to leave some comments down below for us!
